All you have to do is give Rocky Mounts a call and you see what customer service is all about. Their shopping website can use a little updating so I was confused on an item. Gave them a call and everything made sense. The product arrived on time, in great condition, was easy to assemble, and looks fantastic on the car. Shop around and I can safely say you will come back to Rocky Mounts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Ive purchased two of the rails for myself, and at least four as gifts to friends and family. These things are completely compatible with Thule or Yakima racks, are less expensive, far more durable, and look good too! My only issue with Rocky Mounts: Why no kayak rack? I know at least ten people who would go buy one right now! Id totally buy and recommend Rocky Mounts to anyone who asked!

I recently purchased a second Noose SL rack. I called the company to see if they would be able to ship on the same day as the purchase. They were very friendly and assured me that the shipping would be no problem. As advertised, the rack appeared the following day! Great to deal with.

The customer service personnel have silly excuses for not shipping to Puerto Rico and have no idea how UPS service work. They didn’t answer the questions on the email I sent and I think that’s a lack of respect for the consumer. Good product but bad service.

I wasnt sure if a specific carrier type would fit my car so I gave them a call and to my surprised a real person picked up after just a ring or two. The person was very helpfull and was able to answer my questions so I could get the correct product for my rack type. Once the carriers arrived they worked perfect with my rack and installation was very easy. They seem to be a great product at a great price and with excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a bike mount system from Rockymounts.com. Their product selection was great and the price was even better. My experience with RockyMounts was exceptional. I had several questions about their product along the way, and each question was answered very quickly and thoroughly. I ordered the product on a Monday and had it by the end of the week. The product itself is good, but the quality of the customer service was what sealed the deal for me

I had purchased a Larait tray, when I really needed a Noose tray instead.(my fault) I looked on their website to see what I needed to convert the Lariat to a noose for a factory rack. The answer that was given was buy a Noose hardware kit.(which did not include instructions) So I did, BUT, I also needed the plate that was not included in the hardware kit. I needed to purchase the addtional $12 piece. I called RockyMounts and they were very helpful. Overall, I am pleased with the product as well as the service once the little things were cleared up.

The new head design of the RockyMounts bike tray is excellent. After a garage took out my Yakima rack (and my bike...sniff), Im replacing the bike trays with RockyMounts not just because of the price, but because theyre every bit as good as Yakima and way better than Thule. Plus, the Urban Camo finish... well, what more can ya say?

Very easy, good experience with my order -- didnt have to think about it too much. The products I wanted were in stock, and I was notified with a tracking number when they shipped. The website was very helpful with FAQ and such. One thing: Product photos could be improved (i.e. color selection shot). I knew what I was buying, so I had no problems, but I think clearer photos would help. Just FYI, there seems to be an extra color in your photo thats not listed anywhere - a gunmetal, bluish grey. Could be potential for confusion there. But all thats being picky... Ive got my pimp-daddy gold RockyMounts, my Yakimas are for sale on eBay, and I couldnt be happier with the choice. Thanks! Andrew

I order a Lariat Bike mount to fit on a thule rack system. The rack arrived a day earlier than i had expected but there were a couple of mounting peices missing. So i called and told Rockymounts with no questions asked the parts were shipped priority mail and arived 2 days later. Excellent customer service. Rack works fantastic by fantastic i mean it survived crossing the country at 80 mph highway speeds without ever having to adjust or tighten it once.

Ordering was easy, although I should have received the package a little earlier. I ordered 2-day delivery, but received it in 4 days. This is more against the shipping company than it is against rocky mounts. It would be nice if the web site included pictures of their piece parts rather than just a text description. Otherwise, the company was great to work with!

This is my second purchase, since I have been extremely happy with my first Noose SL. I had to get another one to match! I got the disc adapter for this and it fits in perfectly. Order went flawlessly as expected.

I was a bit skeptical of the product/company because they arent as well known as Tule or Yakima. After making my purchase (Lariat) I had an installation issue (my fault). Rockymounts got a replacement part out to me quickly. Although the rack hasnt been used enough (yet) for me to review the product, it appears to be well designed and constructed. The RockyMounts people do a great job. Until I see them walking on water, Ill give em a rating of 4.5.

RM offered good products at a very good price, and their customer service department was very helpful. One ordered item was missing from the shipped order, but they shipped it promtly and at not additional cost when I contacted them. However, their available shipping options to Alaska were limited and very expensive. The shipping cost ate up a lot of the cost savings versus locally available rack options, but Im happy with the rack overall.

Finally a bike rack that can fit on a factory luggage rack. I have used my Rocky Mounts several times already. I love them and would not have anything else on my car now. They are difficult to find in stores so it was nice to be able to get them straight from the factory.

This is an excellent alternative product to the other big makers of the bike racks. The factory rack Noose SL lacks security: - cant be locked to the car rack for the obvious reason? Overall quality of the product is fine and very well manufactured and no other company offers factory crossbars fork mount bike rack that comes even close. Thanks! K.
