Adjustable collar for the Tandem Mount R4 rooftop bike rack carrier to be used as an addition to the U-Clamps that come standard and welded onto the TandemMount R4. 

Note: To be used with the attached collar that is welded onto the TandemMount R4 bike rack.  DO NOT try to mount your TandemMount R4 to your crossbars with the non-welded U-Clamps only; your Tandem WILL fall over.
