RockyMounts Lariat Under Bar Plate is used to attach the head of our Lariat style bike racks to a Thule® or Yakima® bar.  The Under Bar Plate is usually a necessary replacement part for bike racks that have hit garage doors (ouch).  Comes with necessary hardware and installation wrench.
