Attaches the rear of the TieRod bike rack to factory crossbars. Includes all necessary hardware: bolts, wing nuts and Under Bar Strap. TieRod Rear Hardware Kit is great for replacing your existing rear hardware components or for converting a PitchFork or Euro PitchFork to a TieRod.  In order to convert to a TieRod, you will also need to purchase the TieRod Head Assembly to secure the front tray to the crossbar.
