RockyMounts are available from one of our authorized dealers (see Dealers Tab), or from this site. We have over 200 dealers that can hopefully fill your needs quickly and easily.
Orders placed here by 3pm Mountain Time are shipped the same day from our Boulder, Colorado warehouse. All orders are $5 flat rate ground shipping except AK, Hawaii, Canada and APO Boxes (read below) If you need it faster than ground shipping, you can select other options via UPS, these rates are displayed at checkout before you enter your credit card. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after ordering, followed by a tracking number in the evening. See the UPS chart below for transit times. Be aware, these are "business days". If you are not comfortable ordering online or from a dealer, we can take orders over the phone at 800/873-1871.
Replacement parts will ship via US Postal Service. The $5 Flat Rate Shipping only applies to the Lower 48 States, customers ordering from Hawaii and Alaska must use UPS 2nd Day Air. Canada and APO Boxes will ship Postal Service priority mail international and rates are displayed at checkout. It takes 2 days for these orders to ship, and transit times are 6-12 days. Canada Post will charge sales tax on the value of the shipment, plus a $5 handling fee.
Returns: If you do not think our racks are the best you have ever used, send them back, no questions asked. Within 30 days of purchase, ship them back to us at our Boulder, Colorado address with a copy of the order. We will refund 100% of the purchase price, less the $5 shipping. You will have to pony up for the shipping back to us. If you have any questions, a human picks up the phone between 10-6 at 800/873-1871.
