This kit contains all the parts needed to convert our Lariat model bike racks (fits round and square bars) to our Noose model bike racks (fits elliptical bars).  Includes all hardware and parts to get your Lariat turned into a Noose.

NOTE: You will use the Head, Wheel Tray, Quick Release, and Ratchet Strap from your Lariat model bike rack in this conversion. Two nuts (included) will need to be pressed into the Lariat Head to attach the Noose base plate!
